Booked a car a week in advance. All sold out when I arrived. Next fleet of cars at least 3 hours later...

Booked economy sized car through Expedia and was upgraded to a luxury vehicle for free. Close to downtown. Free shuttle to and from Billy bishop Airport.

Don't even have a drop off for after hour return. I called them to let them know I was going to arrive 5 minutes late and they didn't bother. They just hung up on the phone.
Have to return it to another ace, pay extra relocation fee and airport fee for the location PLUS pay a cab to go back downtown.
Worst service ever!

Don't EVER ever ever ever rent from here. EVER. They overbook their car fleet so if you book a car for 10am (for example) you'll have to wait around for hours until somebody drops off their rental. They're often understaffed and in complete dissaray and while you're waiting for your car, another dozen or so people will be there with the exact same issue. Quite easily the worst car rental agency in the city.
