Wonderful service, it's nice to go to a skin clinic that actually have professionals working there. Very friendly and I feel wonderful about myself again.

Waste of time. I called to make an appointment about a spot on my skin I was worried about, she made an appointment for me for today at 3:20. I explained on the phone what my appointment was for and she said yes, they can talk to me about it. I went to the office for the appointment and was told they did that downstairs and only on Wednesday but to talk to a girl named Carrie (Kerry?) anyway and book something and it would cost $55. I didn't mind that so I went downstairs to do so. Once I talked to her she said that they don't do that and that even if they did I would need a recommendation from a physician anyway... what a waste of time that was. I am not quite sure how they didn't understand what the appointment was about but if someone is reading this review, make sure to be very very very clear in what your appointment is for.

If you like to pay a lot of Money on things , with no guarantee that whey will work, then this may be this place for you , the service & people are nice, but expect to pay top dollar , without them standing behind the products or services they offer.

I love SKIN MediSpa! I have been a client for many years now, and I have never even considered going elsewhere. Everyone is helpful, professional, and extremely competent. Regardless of which staff member I get booked with, the services are consistently great. We're lucky to have such an amazing spa in Northern Ontario!

I have to say. I had face work and arm reduction. It looks amazing and I feel awesome about my experience with Dr. Barr and all of his staff and assistants. I recommend if u r ready go for it. If you have any concerns. I am available for any info I can help you with. A satisfied patient. Nanette🤗
