I have never given any restaurant a bad rating but this place gets -3 stars. Service was ok but our server wore a ball cap & a dirty t-shirt. The fish was definitely not fresh ... I sent the unagi rolls back, worried about food poisoning. The glass they brought my drink in was filthy & the lemon slice in it looked to be 3 days old. The men's washroom was just disgusting. How much worse can a dining experience get? I wouldn't let a dog eat here ... avoid.

Terrible experience ordering from them. They send the wrong food, send less food than we paid for, and accused us of lying when we called them to request the missing items. Miserable treatment and service, do NOT order online from if you want the food you paid for.

Order had to be remade because note in order wasn't read. Quality, especially of the rice, was that of grocery store sushi. Spicy salmon rolls were missing spicy sauce. Shrimp sushi was completely missing. Baked salmon roll was barely baked, from which I pulled a long hair. Strike this place off of your "places to eat" list.

We just moved up north here from the GTA. We've had lots of sushi. This is one of the best sushi joints we've ever had. Portions are massive, the chef has amazing skills, and the Spider role is a MUST.
Our waiter was kind of sub-par...but it was a Saturday night.
You have to eat here!

I have to admit that some of these reviews made me wonder if I should give this place a try. Sure glad I did. The sushi was delicious but the delivery did take a bit more than the 30 minutes pizza usually takes to reach me.When I called to inquire about my order the restaurant employee was incredibly nice and even sent me a free desert.I think they definitely have some great people working there. Will be ordering delivery again whenever I crave sushi that's for sure.
