Absolutely horrible. Was completely misdiagnosed an extremely bad skin rash as eczema. That was on top of having to wait an hour and a half for them to tell me to just go buy a good moisturizer!

Just go to a regular walk-in clinic. I sat in a not very well kept patient room for 1.5 hrs waiting for a doctor on the OTN. This telemedical kind of clinic would be great if they were fast and efficient but when it takes the same or greater amount of time than a regular clinics why bother? My next walk-in clinic visit will be a regular clinic with an actual doctor on site.
