While the seating and all that may be good the staff is rude and inconsiderate. They threaten to call security if you ask for a manager and demand you leave if your child walks around during a movie. They say it's against the rules but if you ask to see them they scoff and roll their eyes. Managers don't even wear name tags. Less than impressed. Will not be going back.

Reasonably priced and very friendly staff. Seats are magnificent. So much better than silver city, don't plan on going to silver city after coming here

Ticket prices are mostly on par with the bigger cinemas, however, you're paying for the one of a kind experience at Imagine Cinemas. And that experience is closely emulated to the comforts that you get at home, but on a bigger screen and impressive sound system.
The big feature at Imagine Cinemas is the reserved, lazy-boy like recliners. They pivot at both your lower back, and at your knees providing - quite possibly - the best seating in any cinema I've been too. Add this to the generous screen size and the Dolby Atmos sound system and you forget you're not at one the bigger cinemas. Plus, they serve alcohol!
My few reservations about Imagine Cinemas is that the ticket prices aren't the cheapest. Again, you're paying for the experience more than anything else, but it's a tough sell in a already tough market. That, and I hope they have a loyalty program soon, similar to that of the Scene card. Also, they don't have recent blockbusters until 4-8 weeks after their initial run, which is understandable because it's catering to a different kind of audience - one that enjoys the smaller movies.
