Excellent service from everyone! Dr Goff was wonderful and explained everything he was doing and showed me some exercises to help with the pain I'm having. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Poor business practices I believe! I accidently lost my childs orthotic that had not even been worn while back to school shopping. It took 4 weeks for them to get back to me (I called once a week and waited to hear back) . I hoped they could perhaps give me a bit of a break to replace it. This was our second pair of orthotics there and they were about to receive more business from us for 3 more pairs...over $1200 worth of orthotics but.... they could not cut me a break at all to replace this one orthotic. Going to charge me over $170.00 for one which probably costs them pennies. I told them that they would loose over $1200 worth of business from me and that I was very disappointed but they didn't really care! To me this is not the way to conduct a successful business. I am very disappointed at myself for loosing this orthotic and for recommending them to people in the past! They certainly don't seem client driven to me. I guess my family will be going elsewhere from now on. Too bad!
