Edited - I actually had to bring my cat to another vet for it to feel better. I had the kitty seen 3x b 4 i ended up leaving here. The cost of the vet is low but ends up costing more because of the lack of experience. Costing us unnessary time and money spent. I am an experanced purebread cat breeder since 2006, I can do alot with my experience. I spend a bit over 5k a year on tests and helth checks. I breed for health, Quality and breed standard's. I will be taking my business else where. I will not recommend my fellow followers or new purebread owners to go to this vet.

I didn't find the staff to be very friendly. They were very cold and smug about things. I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning, but they tried to add on additional charges for things my dog didn't need, before even checking her teeth to see what was needed. On top of this, my dogs teeth/gums have started to bleed again only a month later after her supposed cleaning. She also started gagging intermittently immediately after taking her to this vet, which is not something that was ever an issue before.

Incredibly compassionate and brilliant vet and team. Dr. Aziz takes amazing care of our four pets, he is so loving with them and we always feel like we know exactly what is happening with our pets. He has performed surgery for us, fixed a broken bone and still our pets get excited to go to the vet! Thank you for everything!!!!!

I would like to thank all of the amazing wonderful staff at the Dog and Cat Clinic of Niagara. If it wasn't for them and the outstanding care that they provide, my wonderful rescue kitty would not be here today. The organization and staff go above and beyond to ensure that EACH animal receives the best quality of care possible. They look after both the animal and the owner. This week I had the absolute joy of going to the vet for a checkup, to find out that after months of having a cast on, we were able to remove his cast! With tears in my eyes the staff cheered and hugged me. It has been quite a journey and I could not imagine enduring this process without them. Between phone calls on holidays, long weekends and DAILY calls when he was staying there, they were always compassionate and willing to go the extra mile. They work hand in hand with providing information to the pet owner, to ensure that the individual understands and comprehends the medical needs the pet requires.
A million thank you’s to Aziz and all of the vet techs, you saved my handsome little boy. From this process, I have switched all of my pets to this clinic, as I put all my trust in the care that they provide.

Staff is wonderful and Dr Aziz is exceptional.. While our dog was sick, he suggested everything possible to try and keep him alive. Kept telling us not to give up. But finally a year ago tomorrow there was no more we or he could do. He and his assistant rushed to our house and we said our final good bye. Thank you for all your efforts.
We love and miss our Diesel dearly. No dog like him.
