I spent 2 years at Lifemark Physiotherapy Pelham/Glendale after a very serious car accident in 2015 going 2 to 3 times per week. I had multiple back fractures, a fractured right ankle and nerve damage in my back.
My team was Jenna, Wally, and Rob with help from Wally and Courtney. Carla at the front desk was always profession and helpful.
I felt very damaged when I arrived and my team encouraged, supported and helped me to realize there was still a light at the end of the tunnel. I worked very hard and always did what was instructed even on days when I didn't feel like it. Rob was paramount in my recovery. I spent many hours in his office crying and having no hope of a "normal" future. He helped me realize that I could be the best I could be. With a lot of counselling and hard work I believed in myself again. Rob always told me I was tenacious lol. I came out of this a much stronger and happy woman who believes I can do anything.
Thanks again to all of your for everything you have done for me.

Have been undergoing treatment with this team for over 7 months. The team members are all excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. It's been a long road which is not over yet but am thrilled that I have had their help and continued support along the way.

I had treatment for an excruciating back injury here and within 3 weeks was almost completely healed thanks to the excellent supervision of both the physios and the excellent kinesiologist who supervised my exercise sessions. Also had wonderful results from Todd's treatment of my vertigo. My dizziness was cured in one session! Worth every penny.

After being off work for 18 months following two surgeries for throat cancer, it was time for me to get ready for my job again. My insurance company recommended Lifemark Physiotherapy on Pelham Rd in St Catharines and I'm glad that I got to work with them. The staff was wonderful. Todd did the intake interview and introduced me to Wally who would be taking me through my paces to build up strength, mobility and endurance in my shoulder (there was some nerve damage from the second surgery). I can't say enough good things about this office. I was always greeted and made very welcome by awesome staff, shown exactly what exercises were needed to help me (and explained the why and how each exercise would help me) and was given a clear picture of what my goals should be, daily, weekly and by the end of the physiotherapy period. Progress reports and updates were on a regular basis so that I would know how far I had come, what I needed to do on my own time, and what needed to be worked on next. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend this office to anyone who needs the help.
