Definitely zero stars. I got fake nails put on and they looked awful afterwards. The acrylic was uneven and way too thick. When he was applying it, my nails and skin underneath were BURNING to the point my eyes were watering, he was very rough in moving my fingers around to the point they were cracking, he cut my finger with the nail file when he was filing them down. It was an overall painful experience and I'll never step foot in there again. The pricing was way too high as well; $20 more than any other place I've been in the city.

This place was absolutely awful!! I would not recommend it. My nails look worse than before I went in. The man was rude and swatted at my hands. I got shellac done and it is uneven and bubbly and you can see my nail through the colour. Don't go!!

I had my daughter and niece in the store to have a manicure and nails painted on my niece. They failed to do the manicure. When it came to my daughters nails the gentlemen would not replace a nail that was falling off. My daughter had to remove it to force the replacement. He also failed to paint down by the cuticals. Would not take my dog there.

Very disappointed with this business. Went for a manicure yesterday with my friend. We had appointments booked. During our appointment the staff would get up and attend to another customer. Example - one coat on my friend then file the other customers nails, then my nail person would get up and go do a coat on my friends nails. They did not wash or sanitize their hands between clients. One was wearing gloves that he did not change. Also witnessed staff washing the bowls and tools in the sink with a scrub brush and hand soap. My manicure was shellac but it is peeling already not even 24 hours post manicure. I will not be returning to this business.

I got a "shellac" manicure. But I am unsure if it was actually shellac as it is peeling off less than 24 hours after having it done. My nails are not shaped nicely and they just plopped the polish on (whichever one was free with enough time to do the next coat- because I was an inconvenience apparently). They were very unsanitary going between myself and another client with out washing their hands (even though he wore gloves he didn't change them). I watched them wash the bowls in the sink with soap (no sterilization). They were in no way rude but certainly didn't go out of their way to be friendly or converse. I will never return to this business. I hope if you choose this business you have a better experience than I did.
