Now that Sears has closed I was excited to find that u carried my make up, till I went to buy it and I had the worst experience both times I went, as I walked in knowing I had to exchange something I was already feeling the anxiety well low and behold it was the same girl with no personality no smile and I needed help I had to do it myself she basically gave me what I needed to apply my own make up testing (qtips) and walked away like I was a bother to her and this was both times even after I was very appreciative on what little she did do, other than that the manager of the store was amazing exchanging what I needed

Almost every single time I pick up medication, there's an issue. A multitude of times, I have been told that my medication was ready for pickup, when it wasn't. Then when I get upset, after having to deal with this repeatedly, they tell me I'm being unreasonable!
In addition, and more importantly I had a friend who's PRIVATE Medical information was shared by one of the technicians, to her friends.
I have never dealt with a business who's employees, are so unprofessional, that they will argue with customers, who are discussing the issue with their boss.

the SAH faxed a prescription, there with only ONE, 2 others on the fax, were supposed to be kept on file, IF, I requested them. (potent painkillers).
when I went to pick up the ONE prescription, there were 3, when questioned, the person told me, THREE were requested, I believe , the hospital requested one, and, the extra drugs, filling fee is an extra cost, when I told the person this, the answer was "you don't pay for it anyway, what is the big deal?, I get so frustrated when they bleed the gov't like this, the doc prescribes 90 days, they do 30 days, 3 times, this is a real rip off, and, I told them so, and, most times, I get the 90 days, but, they still try to get the extra filling fee once in awhile, I guess it's time for a change.
any body else have this problem?, perhaps there is complaint line to the gov't to look into this., wonder why our health care is cutting back, issues like this should STOP.

I have been a customer for at least 27 years and the service was great but has gone "down hill" fast. Prescriptions are not ready when they're supposed to be, the phone service sucks, and the over all customer service is not good. When you live out of town and have family members with special pharmaceutical needs, you need a pharmacy that is more reliable and has better follow up procedures with their customers and doctors. Regrettably... going to change pharmacies. Sorry, just my personal opinion.
