Slow service and badly-prepared factory-made frozen food. Friendly waiters though.

Very good, clean and very fast service. Will strongly recommend the new west side location in Saint John.

Called on a Tuesday evening for a reservation on Friday. The male that answered the phone didnt say i jad reached Jungle Jims so i had thought i dialed the wrong number. Male stated it was Jungle Jims...i states i wished to make a reservation....the male wouldnt take it and said to call back next day. Called the next day they said they couldnt take it as they were busy and the reservation book was not near the female employee at the time of my call. She asked for me to call back in 10 minutes. I did, receiving no answer. I continued to call 10 times throughout the afternoon receiving no answer each time. When i did get through at 415pm they said they were full for Friday. I understand there are growing pains for the businesses as it re opens with staff and working out the kinks but if this is the way they treat their potential customers i forsee them not being open for very long.
Regards
A disappointed customer.

We visited Jim's 4 times now while on business. Cant go wrong....cheap, real fries, our server was nice, lots of selection. I really thought it would be horrible but its the only thing we have to look fwd to here, so Im glad we tried it.
Personally, I think you cant go wrong here, just dont expect organic quinoa hipster food made by an egotistical chef who thinks their cooking saves lives.
