I bought a spa package from the "What Women Want" show, it included a facial, pedicure, wax and tanning for $60. Too good to be true? YUP! My friend and I went together and arrived at 1:00 for our appointment. We were asked to sit in the waiting room for 5-10 minutes and fill out a form. Then we were brought into the room. We had also added on a 30 minute back and leg massage for $30. They started with the massage. By the time we both got on the tables, it was 1:15. They finished the massage and left the room so we could turn over for the facial. I looked at the clock and it was 1:30. We paid for 30 minutes and got 15. The facial was alright, I've never had one before so can't compare it to anything, but at one point after about 15 minutes, they left the room so the seaweed could sit on our face. They said they'd be back in about 5 minutes, they took 15. The pedicure was next. We both received a foot massage and got our nails painted, that was it. They never buffed or scraped our heels or any part of the feet. To me, that is the whole point of a pedicure. So basically we received half treatments on everything. And maybe that's what they tell their girls to do because we got this package for so cheap. But that was not advertised anywhere. We went in expecting full treatments. This is a terrible way to bring back customers because I would never go back there. Not to mention it was really cold in the room where we were being massaged, we could hear people screaming in the pool attached to the hotel, and staff chattering loudly in the hall while we're getting a "relaxing" massage. The service from the girls was fine, I have no complaints about them at all. But I was very mislead and not happy with the results.
