Negative 5 stars. Dislike button. Absolutely disgusted at the way the staff treats customers. I spend well over 1000's and 1000's of dollars here and I am beyond enraged at the staff here. Came here one day with my boyfriend too be accused of stealing and illegally searched and yelled at. I was mentally ill at the time and couldn't really understand but switch pharmacies and am doing much better now. Not only that time but every single time I come here there is staff following me around and watching me constantly. Also they made me pay for meds every time and refused to give unless I paid. This shoppers needs to be shut down!

Terrible poor customer service from the supervisor called Tammy. Bought Short cake cookies there and they'd a terrible taste, despite saying just want to bring this to your attention. Didn't go to ask for a refund. She goes there's nothing i can do go complain to the manufacturers, we just sell here. So unhelpful no listening and NOT fit to be a supervisor. I will never shop from there again and I will tell my workmates.

Not impressed at all, leaving out of country first thing in the morning and they refused to fill my prescription for Metformin unless I paid for it. Telling me last time I filled it was March 28th. Couple days short of being a month and refusal to give me my meds unless I paid. Lost my business and many of my family members. Smh.

This is a fairly big Shoppers Drug Mart with a wide selection of products. At a glance, about half of it is food stuff while the other half is cosmetics and miscellanea. There are occasionally some okay deals on the food. It's a good place to pick up one or two things if you live within walking distance, but the prices make it hard to recommend as your one-stop shop for groceries. Shoppers sits somewhere between "grocery store" and "convenience store" in terms of value.
