The only (and therefore the best) cigar lounge in town. Pleasant ambiance, great location. Nice staff. Steep prices but hey, what do you expect from a cigar lounge in the city's most chic street?

As far as I know this is the only place in Quebec City where you can smoke cigars inside. Very casual and comfortable place, excellent choice of cigars and whiskys. The place is kinda small, but that's ok.
