The check in process was disorganized and slow and complicated by the presence of a large group checking in. The Parking is hard to find and awkward. Only use the valet parking if you can give them 1/2 hour notice for picking up car. Your car may end up double parked so once it comes you have to run.
The room is nice but has no bathtub. The shower and toilet are separated from the guest room by a glass wall. Ice for the shower but less nice for privacy on the toilet. I could hear the plumbing next door or nearby. Water running. Toilets flushing. I also heard loud street sounds at the break of day. Not a quiet room.
The heat/AC is the loud under the window type but it works. The blinds were good at blocking daylight. I did not locate a fridge. The coffee was ok but the creamer was nasty powder.
Check out was fine except for getting my car.

After checking in we noticed that our room didn't have a fridge, we went to the front desk and they quickly accommodated us.. Unfortunately the second room also had no fridge, so back down we went. Third time was the charm! It was a small hiccup in an otherwise wonderful stay... And understandable as they are undergoing renovations. The staff is wonderful, and our room ended up being perfect! Would stay again!

Lady at the counter, Shauna, upgraded me to the newer room because she was far much more proud of the newer designed rooms. Rooms are very, very nice, especially considering the low price you pay. Like i mean they are nice. Definitely worth the stay. Nice restaurant connected to the lobby with a Starbucks as well.

Was there for a wedding reception and all the staff were so great and friendly. The room was decorated amazing! Looked so beautiful! And the catering was good also. Thank you Ramada for always being wonderful ❤

Definitely one of the nicer places I've stayed in, especially for the price. Tempted to call in sick tomorrow! The "disappearing" privacy wall in the bathroom is a cool feature.
I don't usually write reviews but this place deserves it.
The manager (or who I assume was the manager) seemed pretty cool too.
10/10. Would stay (again).
