This place is amazing. Got a wash+cut+blo out. Sara did an incredible job. My hair is hard to work with (curly, long and thick) but she cut it with perfection. I absolutely love it! I will definitely be back.

Great service every time I come! Staff are extremely friendly and the chocolate latte they offer is to die for! A nice special touch when getting your nails done :)

I always look forward to my Urban Spa visits. Everyone is so friendly, yet professional. I've enjoyed my massages, manicure, pedicure, facials. Jen is the best!! I also have stocked up on the Eve Taylor line - it is by far the best I've ever used. I have been telling people about my Urban expeditions and how they have to visit them. I always walk out of there feeling great. I could go on and on and really they deserve 100 stars!

Melanie is amazing. She makes waxing very comfortable, throuough and quick and perfect for the first time waxer in the sensitive areas!
