Outstanding service by Stuart! He always keeps his appointments, goes out of his way to be helpful and really spends the time with you making sure you understand what you've purchased but without any high pressure of a salesman. I'm a new customer of the Spa Shoppe but I have already recommended Stuart to three friends and I trust that he will treat them as well as I've been treated.

Purchased a hot tub from them earlier this year, the salesmen were very knowledgeable and made a real effort to understand my needs before recommending a hot tub that would suit me. The overall service I have received from them has been the definition of best in class - knowledgeable, timely and effective. I highly recommend them.

We purchased our hot tub here about 5 months ago. I think at the end of the day, a tub is a tub when it comes to manufacturer. The reason we bought here was because they had the features and layout we wanted. The reason we recommend The Spa Shoppe is for their service and after sales. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Buying a tub can be a one stop, pay and play but you need a place where the after sales are worth coming back. The newbie questions, chemical purchases, free water testing are all part of it and ongoing. You will want The Spa Shoppe as your go to place.

My wife and I bought our first hot tub this year and had it delivered and installed in July. We were very pleased from our very first interaction with everyone we spoke with. Dave, James and Stu have been great from the beginning and very helpful. It's very refreshing to get honest and friendly advice and opinions on everything related to spas. You are made to feel very comfortable and welcome anytime you walk into the store and they are always willing to help out; the continued service has been well above average and gives us that much more confidence in our decision. Very glad we made the decision to purchase from the Spa Shoppe and not somewhere else. Thanks for all your great help and service and a spectacular product, we definitely recommend anyone interested to go in and check out everything they have to offer! Thanks so much!
