July 26 And they continue to lie on social media.................OMG I sure hope ladies you are reading this review. We didn't disagree that we were 10 minutes late, we are asking why the staff failed to advice us upon arrival that the massage will be 40 minutes? This question you still haven't answered. We were led on, scammed and overcharged for services not rendered. Not even an apology to say 'we should have informed you so there were no assumptions'.

July 25 @5:12pm Got a call from the owner and once again she didn't make sense, lied, threatened and laughed at me while I was talking and ridiculed me. Seeing there's no point in continuing this I will take it as I donated my money to charity. However, caution all customers to think twice before booking an appointment at Opusglow.

July 25, 2017 Further to your response below, I still have not received a call back from Anika, the owner. Response to your note below is that you did not provide the service paid for and you have lied about the back of the legs being massaged when they weren't even touched. The sad thing is that you can't even justify why we were charged so much and weren't informed from the get go. The receptionist was also surprised when I questioned why we were paying so much for only a back massage and asked if the massage therapist didn't tell us what they were going to do. One therapist asked my mum which areas she wanted to target and my mum said "full body", why didn't she at that moment open her mouth and tell us that due to time a full body massage will not be performed? On top of all my sister was charged more than what was agreed upon. As noted I expect a full refund or we can continue this conversation on social media or settle it so that you can save the customers you have. I want people to know how your business scams customers so that people are cautious when booking appointments. If you truly feel you are right then what is stopping you from calling me back after me leaving 3 voice messages for you? What do you have to hide?

July 22, 2017 Most disappointing experience, I booked an hour massage for myself, my sister and mum. It all started of well but 40 minutes later we were done and charged $90 with only our backs massaged and not the full body. When I questioned why we were charged $90 and didn't get the full body massage they didn't have answer. I will now be fighting for a full refund for the crappy service.

July 24, 2017 Thank you for your reply, however the fact still remains that we weren't told upon arrival that we would not be getting the 60 minutes full body massage. The principal is that there was no indication at any point that the massages will not be for an hour but only 40 minutes. If this was cleared from the beginning we wouldn't be in this situation. Also, the owners attitude was rude (not how a customer should be spoken to). I'm still waiting for the phone call to resolve this as I need my refund for services not rendered. And I didn't threaten anyone I merely said I will go to the media so that you don't scam another customer again. Please review your response below as half of it is lies. In fact I was threatened by the owner that she will take legal action and upon me asking what for as I paid for the service in full she didn't have an answer. Instead of prolonging this kindly return our money so that we can both go on with our lives. Total amount to be refunded is $84 for my mum, $90 for my sister and $100 for me. Also, my sister and mum were to pay the same amount and it's shocking that she was charged more.

Ridiculous service the owner is very rude. They ruined my mom's 70th birthday so dissapointed.

@ the owner July 25th.. I was there when the whole conversation took place the phone was on speaker. As mentioned earlier we never denied the fact we were 10 to 15 mins late. The fact that your therapists weren't clear about the next step... your business charging all 3 of us different price despite my mom and I went for the same service (non rmt) this was never explained to us and you are lieing about the services straight up.When I asked your receptionist why am I being charged more then my mom despite going for the same package she had a surprise look on her face so what's up with that? Your spa is not the first place we have gone to we have been to other places and they are very clear about everything they don't scam their customers. I was reading another review about your services and one customer had a similar experience in terms of pricing etc so glad we are not the only victims here.

Conclusion....this could have been handled properly in a professional manner but instead the owner was loud and very rude. In fact when my mom heard the owner on the phone she had anxiety attack as she was super rude, that's not what I would expect for a 70 year old customer to feel. Oh well I am glad we have the freedom to express how we get treated and atleast have a way to write and express so that other customers don't have to go through such horrible experience.

Anyways you definitely will lose customers as this is no joke you can't treat people like this.
