I recently took my daughter to get her ears pierced at the Caryl Baker Visage location in the Oshawa Centre. It was an incredible experience! Although very busy, Nicole took her time answering all my questions and booked us in for an appointment. Once I brought my daughter back that afternoon for the appointment, she was very thorough, explaining every procedure to my daughter. Her ears were pierced at the same time by Nicole and another incredible person at the salon. It was done quickly and professionally. I appreciate all the time Nicole took with us even though she was very busy at the salon that day! My daughter's earrings look fabulous and are healing nicely! I recommend this location for ear piercing and I definitely recommend Nicole!

The staff at this location is exquisite. They are all so talented at what they do with the large variety of services offered. They are so kind and sweet-hearted. Through my years as a loyal customer I have actually become good friends with these lovely ladies. It is their smiling faces and excellent service that keep me coming back, year after year.

Had my eyebrows waxed here. Service was quick and efficient. Ladies had lots of recommendations for eye brow gel. Purchased one and it's lasting me forever! I love that you never leave the store with a red face! :)

I always have a positive experience whenever I get my eyebrows or makeup done. Walk-ins are usually available when needed and are super convenient. Really nice and helpful employees!

Ashley at the Toronto Exchange Tower is amazing! She has been doing my brows for years now and I am always happy with the results. I went on Mat leave and was unable to see her and my eyebrows missed her. Noone could do the same job as her.
She is also not pushy with selling the visage product line. She always provides her recommendations and so far her recommendation on products have been great. I am very happy with service at Visage.
