Good service. Excellent food. Kids food can be little more kid friendly. Again, it’s bar and grill so I guess it’s okay.

I went to Jack Astor's for dinner on a Saturday evening around 5pm. I was SO looking forward to their famous garlic bread. When we ordered it the waitress informed us that they had none ready and it would take 45 minutes to make. How can you not have a well known appetizer available on a Saturday night? Truly disappointed

Just had a family dinner with 3 generations around the table and the food was excellent, no complaints. What really stood out was the service . Thank you Alan for attentive and speedy service. highly recommend and we will be back

I used to like Jack Astor's as a restaurant but lately every time I go I'm usually pretty disappointed. Last night we went in and after ordering drinks, the waitress(Jo) left and came back a few minutes later and took our food orders. So far so good. I had ordered the nachos and literally 5 chips had any toppings and the rest was just a heap of dried out chips. My friend ordered the chicken quesasilla and truffle fries and he did enjoy his food. We had ordered another drink and the waitress literally slammed the drink down and stormed away without asking how we were doing or anything. Then when it came time for billing she was friendly enough until we were done then she literally slammed the bill on the table and walked away without saying a word of goodbye to us. It was a little off putting as I've never had that happen to me before at a restaurant. Overall the food was just Meh and the waitress was borderline rude and not friendly at all!

Best experience I've ever had here! Sean king is the the best server to have! Ask for him everytime, super friendly and prompt on your order! Went above and beyond to make sure you had the best night!
