My husband and I have been to several highly rated veterinarians in North Bay who ended up disappointing us. Dr. Bertrand and her staff are thorough, caring and professional. We just experienced a difficult situation with our pet and felt confident through the whole process that Dr. Bertrand had a handle on the situation. We cant imagine going elsewhere if we continue to get excellent service like we have so far. Thanks to Dr. Bertrand and her excellent staff!

We have had nothing but excellent experiences with this practice. The doctors and staff are the best, the facilities and equipment are new and the clinic is always very clean. My wife and I can't recommend them enough to people.
