I paid for massage, manicure and pedicure but after a great massage, the manicure and pedicure were disappointing. My wife was given an Express service instead of the classic one (we were not informed about it when we paid and spoke to the receptionist). I would recommend getting the massage here but for anything else as others have mentioned, be cautious or look somewhere else.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. The ghastly reception service was enough to put me off before we even started, but the masseuse was fantastic and very good at her profession.
My husband and I had arrived to book in a slot for a massage, arranged a for separate room to my husband (as he had a male masseuse) and paid in advance for our services.
My husband & I was eventually called by our masseuse's and lead to the same room (even though I had requested otherwise)! I discussed this with my masseuse, she was so understanding and promptly made up another room. The massage I had with her was fantastic and I was left feeling very relaxed.
My husband however had a bit of an awkward time, he had been booked in for a different massage to what he had asked and paid for. When this was discussed with the masseuse he said it was going to cost more!?
In a nutshell, if the receptionists actually listened to us and seemed like they were happy to be there then it would have been a better experience for all parties. However the massage was so good it has left me with mixed feelings as to whether I would return or not!

- booking was easy and simple.
- hamam is small but not over crowded.
- pedicure room is not private and technician did not massage my feet properly.
- did NOT feel the warmth and welcoming vibe.
- reception staff was nice but slow.
- if you are staying in the hotel this might be an entertaining activity ...
- $$$ moderate to expensive.
Not really my fave but still okay for a spa in a hotel ...

I had such a great experience at Rain spa. I requested for Meriem and she made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time doing a microdermabrasion and I highly recommend it. The next day I had great results.

Both my husband and I walked in with some really achy back muscles and booked a couples massage in hopes to just relax..to our surprise we walked out not only relaxed and refreshed but pain free. The massage therapists here performed a miracle in just one session !! SIMPLY AMAZING I couldn't believe our pain was completely gone with one magic touch..after our session was done both therapists spent a few minutes with us to tell us about what they did and the tensions they felt in different parts of the muscles and how to avoid these extra tensions .. oh and the steam room is great too. We went on Monday and have booked another session for this Saturday because we enjoyed it so much.
