We stayed in a one-bedroom suite. Although, we earlier had an agreement to make payment with my business fund, the receptionist who received us charged on my own card and disagreed to accept from business fund. However, when I met the owner the following day, apologise and refunded me, and charged from business fund. He was friendly and responsive.
Apartment is compact, but good enough for our needs. Nice to see the clean and well-equipped kitchen to make your own food. Two TVs, one in living room and one in bed room. Plenty of furniture; we loved the set up in balcony, which was good for a morning coffee.
Negative aspect that we experienced was absence of elevator. It was difficult to carry the large baggage. In overall, this is a nice option!

Immaculate. Cozy balcony. Lot of space. Staff are attentive. Very reasonable price. $5 taxi ride to St. Catherine Street.Could not have been happier and will definitely stay again.

This is one of Montreal's hidden gems - an economical 3-4 star hotel with a warm, effusive welcome from hosts who aim to please. A small hotel but expansive rooms (many with lounges & full kitchen) that are spotless . On the fringes of downtown so close to everything (1.3 km from Central Rail Station). High recommended.

The concierge was fantastic. Took care of us and our difficult schedule. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. Very spacious. Bathroom was incredibly comfortable. The ability to prepare and store food was a huge plus. Also, their movie selection was great. When I come back to Montreal I will make a return visit

Charming, comfortable, friendly, central, excellent customer service, a home away from home. Parc Suites was the third hotel that I had stayed in Montreal (in 2008) and now I stay there every time I visit Montreal. The rooms are clean and spacious, you can eat in if you wish, our visit any of the restaurants close by. Montreal is a quick 10 or 15 minute walk away, and the metro is very close by also. I have always been made feel extremely welcome by the proprietor and staff, and have stayed there with my family and also while on business. I would and do recommend to anyone who is visiting Montreal.
