Being a low income family, who jumped through government hoops to obtain coverage prior to our three year old Autistic son's appointment regarding his broken front tooth, it would have been nice to have been told directly that your office refuses to direct bill for any services.
Yes I realize it is in your policy, but when you have kids it's difficult to find time to read all the fine print.
