My sister Helen goes to Venere in Milton on a regular basis. Her hair always looks good. So when I was looking for a new Salon I decided to go to Venere. My stylist's name is Nikoletta. I was very impressed with her knowledge of hair and hair care products. She gave me the best hair cut. I am so happy with it. Thank you so much Nikoletta.

I got a haircut and balayage with the senior stylist and considering I paid $400, the quality of work was not good enough. The colour turned out good but I expected it to be much blonder at the top as I described. The haircut was bad. The "senior" stylist haircut looked very amateur as she left most of my hair cut straight across. I didn't notice this at the salon but when I came home and inspected it closer, my hair was very choppy. I was very disappointed and even my friends and family said it did not look good. I considered going back to get it fixed but I just did not want to waste my time. I will not be returning. The quality of work is not worth the price. I had much better colour and cuts done at other high end salons for less.

Amazing salon! Michelle Waugh has been doing my hair for the last 12 years. She does exactly what I want every time. Everyone makes you feel welcomed the second you walk in. Can't see myself ever going anywhere else!

I have been coming here since I moved to Milton 3 years ago. In that time I've been through 3 hair stylists. The girls keep leaving to go to other salons. Such a shame... To top it off, they got rid of the esthetician and have not replaced her with anyone, completely dismantled their waxing services. In my opinion, not the best business solution. No one apologized for the inconvenience, and never recommended another place I could go to get a wax in Milton.
The cut and colour service that they provide are phenomenal. I'd say 90% of the time I get exactly what I want, if not better than what I was expecting. I have to tell you though, one time I received the most horrible hair cut from a junior stylist, and in the same visit a really bad dye job. I had to go back to have it fixed the next night, in the two nights I was there my time spent at the salon totaled 14 hours, yikes! But they fixed it for free!
On my first visit to the salon, they gave me a 70% coupon for a return visit. When I came back they did not honour it. Thinking they are too busy to pay attention to the details. I hope that the manager views this post and can give me a call. I've expressed my frustrations to the front desk but there was never any action taken.
Overall, I find the services here a wee bit pricey but I have recommended the salon to a couple of friends, there are some talented artists in there!

Michelle W and the staff at Venere Salon are fantastic! Michelle is wonderful at helping you choose the best hairstyle for your every day needs and makes sure that it is something that you will be able to maintain. I have been seeing her for 11 years and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend this salon and Michelle W!
