I highly recommend this spa! I went with a friend for RMT massages & pedicures. The services were top notch (and I am a spa enthusiast), and the decor was beautiful! We will definitely be returning!

The service was downright bad quality. My husband got me a surprise girt card to try out this place as we're new to the area. My skin reacted to Thalgo facial products so I HAD to get an oil rub from someone who is still in the school to learn RMT. It was the worst massage I have ever had for over $100!! Front line staff is pretty aggressive and I personally found the place pretty tacky. I'd never recommend this place to family or friends.

I have been coming to the spa for about 8 years and absolutely LOVE everything. The environment is extremely pleasant, everyone at the reception is super professional and very accommodating when scheduling appointments. I have also tried various services over the past years and everything from waxing, massages and facials is beyond relaxing and an impeccable experience. Never thought about going anywhere else in town!
I have been coming to the spa for about 8 years and absolutely LOVE everything. The environment is extremely pleasant, everyone at the reception is super professional and very accommodating when scheduling appointments. I have been going to utopia spa for many years. Recently I have been requesting a specific esthetician to do my services because I haven't been satisfied with a few others' work, and hers I believe is the best.
However, whenever I do seem to request her for my appointments I always get her and someone else as well. (My girl doing my manicure and someone else doing my pedicure). Apparently they are doing this so everyone gets a tip. I am always satisfied with her work, however I was not with the other girl. I think that if you are specifically requesting someone to do your services they should do everything. I felt obligated to split their tip evenly even though I shouldn't have. Especially when the other girl cashed me out. Awkward feeling...they need a receptionist especially on mondays. I can't tell you how many times my manicure was interrupted by her having to answer the phones as well. A little unprofessional for a spa.

I brought my daughter there for part of a "girl day"' for mani/pedi treatments. The place is nice & clean. The staff are friendly. The services themselves were really good. My issue is that we were the last appointment of the day so when they finished our nails we were kind of rushed out - there was no drying time. I spent $200 & my nails were ruined before I even made it home. *****Same day as posting this Utopia called & offered to redo my nails for me at my convenience - very well done for following up right away & ensuring customer satisfaction!
