Wellness at its best.
The staffs are very courteous and very capable of explaining the different services available for wellness. Cheers to Armie and Mandy for the excellent customer service.
Liza, the Massage Therapist, is gifted with healing hands. She was able to identify the muscles in my lower back that caused pain and was able ease it. She is also very good at the different techniques and would always explain why she is applying those techniques.
Mary, the Physiotherapist, would always make sure that all the exercises to ease my lower back pain is strictly followed. She looks at the progress of my case and recommends more exercises for my well being.
