The gym is ok. The equipment overall is ok but usually at least five machines require maintenance. There is often litter in the gym, especially in the bathrooms, showers and change rooms. The staff is often not helpful, rude and tell outright lies. The staffed hours are ludicrous, no staff until 11am on weekends?? Twice I had issues entering the gym because my pass was declined (once in unstaffed hours). And if you forget you pass you are expected to pay $10 to enter.
If there is a head office or customer service department they do get back to members about their concerns.
So as long as you don't require help from the staff, don't mind a little mess and only want to work out during staffed hours; this is the gym for you.

Pretty clean gym, great new equipment for the price is extremely reasonable! Best to avoid during week day evenings, it is extremely busy! But overall excellent gym!

Staff are friendly and helpful. No judgement zone. Clean change rooms and shower. Bring your own lock ! Lots of equipment. Lots of parking. Price is affordable. 24/7

So happy about being a black card member at this gym. Staff is always friendly and there's almost no wait to use any of the machines, especially massage chairs and hydro bed. This gym is also kept very clean!

Very large gym, lots of space. I drive to Milton from Brampton as I really do not like the Brampton locations. It's always very clean and tidy, very satisfied with fit for less. I will recommend them to anyone. Well worth the price, and very affordable for those who do not have much. I have absolutely no complaints about the Milton location what so ever.
