ALways late. Their drivers lie, about where they and when on the way. As soon as you get into to the car, they call the dispatch and say "clear" which they are not. The 1 guy in dispatch Jagit should be fired. He can never get anything straight, and never remembers who calls and who he dispatched. Always forgets to dispatch the cars, so you wait and wait. Horrible company. Their drivers are awful.

Extremely horrible services I called in to go to Toronto airport they guy was 40 mins late and said nothing. I missed my flight and had hard time to get another one because of this stupid. I future I would never ever call them again and I make sure no one from my friends and family will call them. I've been traveling 15 year never had such a bad experiences. NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty sure I got ripped off by the taxi driver.
I called for a taxi to come at 5 AM to go airport from Milton the night before I was supposed to leave. The driver arrived on time which was nice. The website says that the flat rate to the airport is $45 from Milton to Pearson airport, but when I got into the taxi, the driver started the metre. I didn't say anything at the time in case the driver gets defensive and weird and decided to ask about the flat rate when I arrive at the airport.
When we arrived, he said the total was going to be something like $78. I reminded him that the flat rate is $45 according to the website and he simply said the website is old and there is no flat rate. I argued but felt like I had no choice but pay the price according to the metre.
Update your website if there's no more flat rate or at least tell your customers when they ask for a taxi to the airport!
