I wish i could give it a zero! They ruined my hair. It's been 6 months and it still hasn't grown out properly! I had bleached my hair and killed all the length. I go in and ask for layers so it doesn't look dead. She only cut the dead parts off and then charged me 80 bucks. Lol it was the worst hair cut I have ever had.

I called here the other day because I had gone here last time and they did a really good job. This time, I got a call 20 minutes before my appointment seeing if we could reschedule it for tomorrow (Saturday). I said no because I'm busy and so they said let's push it back 30 minutes. No big deal, I thought, it happens. I showed up, no one welcomed me or asked me to take a seat. I took one anyways and 20 minutes later a lady comes out and tells me what I wanted done would take too long (it wasnt a surprise, I told what I wanted on the phone originally and again when they called to rebook). She tried again to book me for the next day. This place is on the other side of town for me and it would have been nice if they had been honest and told me beforehand and didn't waste 90 minutes of my time for no reason at all. The whole experience left a really bad taste in my mouth, I really felt like they just wanted to get rid of me.

I have been going here since the new location opened up. I have gone here with long, shoulder length, and short hair. They do it right. It takes a long time because Elbita is a perfectionist, but it is worth it. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I also love the atmosphere. It is so friendly.

ELBITA saved my hair. I was in other salon and was horible what they did to my hair.My hair are thick and only Elbita know how to do hairstyle for me.I v been in other salon but no good experiences.I can tell Elbita is one of the best hairstylist in Kitchener Waterloo.I totaly recommend this salon and I give it 5 stars.

I have been coming here for four years now and they always get it right! I've done ombre, blond highlights and I recently decided to go red (which I was super nervous about) and I love it! Thanks again for everything :) I am looking forward to coming back soon.
