This is the worst clinic ever they close early so staff can go home fast and service is garbage the staff take there time with everything no sence of urgency
The doctors dont know what they are doing and are very rude aswell.
Dont waste your time here go to a different clinic or get a family doctor

is there a zero feature because first off all they didnt nothing for my sore throat that makes me unaple to eat aswell as they have the worlds worst staff and also if u wanna know the best bit when i got there people who where behind me had a cold and they where seen first and yet i can barley talk yet breath and yet im on the back burner i was there 3 hours and in a ton of pain aswell as there test was inacuret that place is really good with children though just not adults i see 3 babys delte with reasonably but for adults no

Reasonable wait time. Dr Mystery (spelling?) was very caring and professional and able to solve my issue. Thanks so much UCC team!

I got infection by the nurse conduct vaccine shot at the clinic. It was so painful and half my arm can't move. Big lump and lump is spreading. The stupid doctor there even thought I am allergic to the vaccine. Later on my family doctor confirmed it was infection due to the misconduct of the nurse for the shot. he gave me antibiotics and it took more then 2 weeks to recover. My family doctor told me that is the same as walk-in clinic. Not urgent clinic. they are playing tricks on the name. That is cheating. I had very bad experience with this clinic.

Therefore...
Expect to wait as there are no appointments.
Wait times always vary depending on the patients needs prior to you being seen (some need to be seen for longer periods, perhaps even yourself)
Wait times vary on patients needing more urgent care will be seen first.
Be grateful you are seen at all and don't have to wait 7-8 hours in emergency.
Be grateful you have a health care system and everyone gets seen.

There is no familiarity with doctors as they always change.
Rating the clinic on an experience with one doctor isn't really an accurate rating. I have excellent visits and not so good ones (depends on the doctor)
The government that so many have voted in has put so many cutbacks in place, there are cutbacks.
These are people that are nursing and doctoring.
Therefore...
people do have bad days. Do you take the day off when you are having a bad day or not feeling well?
Are you ALWAYS pleasant?
What about other customers.. have they been abusive or rude, or impatient?? You have no idea who has gone before you and the impact they have had on the staff there
Our society has become ungrateful, unhappy, selfish, self-centered, and feel the world owes us something. What has happened to us??
Time to start looking at the positive aspects and not have the tendency to be so pessimistic. Only you can change the way you think which changes the way you feel. I am unfortunately I'll often and even I am not as negative as most are.
My children and I have visited this clinic many, many times over the years and our experience is different each time because circumstance and staff are different all the time. I have also visited many walk in clinics all over Ontario and they are all pretty much the same.
