Got my flu shot from here, was quick and painless! Much better than waiting thirty mins at a big chain pharmacy and the pharmacist here is great. He gives 5* service and deserves a 5* review!

He is genuinely concerned about providing the best service for each persons needs. He made sure i was handing my injured hand properly and clarified my concern about their answering system. We're good to go. Thank you Nish!

Customers who phone here are greeted by a machine that immediately places them on hold to music for several minutes. For a neighbourhood pharmacy i considered this to be in extremely bad taste.

I went in fairly close to closing on a Saturday, large order for my grandmother that needed transferring from another store in the GTA. The pharmacist owner stepped in and took care of me personally. There were some billing issues that he managed to resolve as well in a very small amount of time; that's what I call service. Would recommend this pharmacy any time.

So glad we made the move to Doon Village Pharmacy! The service has been great! Nish is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very great service at this pharmacy. Most places you have to call in advance and wait hours before your prescription is ready, but my experience has been that you can get a lot of things filled right away without waiting.
There are also services available like texting/calling/emailing for getting prescriptions filled and even a web portal for people to use if they have a lot of medications to keep track of and easily request refills with.
One of the medications was not in stock and he delivered it to our house when it came in.
