We love our Dr. here, but unless you go in to the office to make an appointment it takes WEEKS for someone to get back to you. They NEVER answer their phone and unless you catch someone through email right away, they don't even respond (It's been over 2 weeks since trying to make an appointment through email and phone, and this isn't the first time). Also, they state that they have after hours doctors available for their patients. On two occasions I tried calling the number provided and it just takes me to telehealth? Very strange.... Clean, office. I do agree with another poster that it is NOT child friendly. I dread every time I have to take my toddler in.

Unfortunately, their new location isn't family-friendly. By that, I mean it's difficult to bring in young children for appointments. The parking lot is small and very busy/dangerous. The wait is unpredictable; sometimes you get in shortly after your scheduled appointment, other times the wait can be up to an hour. There isn't an area in the waiting room for kids to play and it's directly in front of a pharmacy with stocked shelves within reach of little hands. The other direction is a long and straight staircase with no doors to stop children from falling down. If you have multiple young children, you WILL require childcare while you attend your appointment or an extra adult to help you manage in the waiting room. Depending on your situation, requiring childcare may limit when you can take an appointment which makes things even more difficult.
Some of the staff are pleasant and the doctors that I've seen there are great.
