Dr. Tao's office took me in on very short notice for an urgent root canal. The staff are genuine and honest people who are simply good at their jobs. Dr. Tao herself is extremely competent. Her initial exam was incredibly thorough, and she made sure to make note of everything she observed that is or could be problematic. She took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what my options were. The dental assistant, Valentina, was such a pleasure to be around, and the front desk receptionist is a true professional who knows what she's doing. After years of dealing with bad teeth and worse dentists, Tao's Dentistry offered me the adequate care I sorely needed.

I've been seeing Dr. Tao for four years and finally got around to writing a review.
No one truly enjoy a trip to the dentist (do they?), but if you are coming to Dr. Tao's you'll be surprised at how enjoyable the whole experience is! The whole staff team is so friendly, professional and accommodating, everyone tries their best to make this as comfortable of an experience as possible. Dr. Tao is an artist, my most recent trip involves re-doing some outdated and discoloured fillings in my upper front teeth, Dr. Tao was able to completely transform my teeth in one session by filling in the gap between my teeth and make the fillings virtually invisible!
Highly recommend Tao's dentistry if you are looking for a great dentist and a comfortable experience.

My husband and I come here for dental treatments even though we live in Toronto because Dr Tao is the best dentist we have had so far. She is exceptional and is also very patient. Paula, who does the tooth-cleaning for us, is also amazing. The staff there is friendly and the place is always very clean and pleasant!

I went to see Dr. Tao after going through a complication due to a treatment from my previous dentist. I was so impressed by Dr. Tao’s exceptional surgery skills! Dr. Tao’s assistant was also very professional and helpful. The staff were welcoming and very efficient with appointment booking and insurance claims.

Dr. Tao is the best dentist I know. I live in Scarborough but I still come to her for my dental treatment. She is very patient and knowledgable. Plus she can speak Mandarin. The staffs are very friendly. They always try their best to answer my questions, especially help me understand my insurance coverage. I have recommended her to all my family and friends.
