I started going to Lackner Woods Dentistry approximately 4 years ago after I was in a serious accident resulting in major damage to my teeth. From start to finish I have had fillings, Invisalign braces, crown work, bridges and Zoom whitening. Dr. Mitrana and his staff have been the main reason I have trooped through this long procedure and kept a positive outlook. The support and friendly service I have received from ALL staff has only made this process easier. When you walk into the office you are greeted by name, and not just a simple “hello”. The front desk members strive to remember you on a name basis and offer a relationship I have never experienced at any other dental office before. The staff, and I mean every person working there, always has a warm smile on their face and always strives to ensure you are happy with your smile. In the beginning, Dr. Mitrana came up with a plan for me, and with a few bumps in the road, I am happy to say that my smile, and most importantly my confidence, is now back where it should be. They have fought tirelessly for my total of $8000 in dental procedures to be covered through insurance and I believe without them, I would still be fighting for this to be covered. I recommend them to anyone looking to switch dentist offices. They are truly a fantastic office with your best interest at hand 100% of the time. I am truly forever grateful Dr. Mitrana and his entire team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I am not the greatest at likeing to visit the dentist. At Lackner Woods they make me feel great. They are pleasant and friendly. Will take great care of you. I had quite a bit of work done lately ( including root canal). Everytime it i am in the dentist chair I feel comfortable with how well the Doctor is working and the assistant. It is a great choice to come and let Lackner Woods Dentistry take care of your dental needs. I am proud of them.

Dr. Stevens and Sandra were absolutely fantastic. As someone who doesn't always do well in the dentist chair, they made me feel completely at ease. I am so appreciative of their patience and professionalism.

Been going here for about 6 years. Really like all the hygienists I've met here; very thorough cleanings and appointments never take too long. Super friendly front desk as well- they remember me and always greet me by first name. Had my invisalign done here with Dr. Mitrana; service & timeline was exactly as Dr. Mitrana explained. They're so busy here that I have to book appointments 4-5 months in advance; they're willing to call if cancellations come up that day which is nice.

Me and my husband just moved from the Maritimes had our family dentist since we where kids, but it was time to find an new one as my husband had a bad infection on a neglected tooth. I looked on Google to find one. As I looked at the reviews I thought we would try Lackner Woods Family Dentistry. I gave them a call and the same day we got an appointment I was so happy as it was on a long weekend I didn't think we would get one as fast as we did! We are so happy that they took us! Our experience was AWESOME we LOVE it!! They are so welcoming, nice & friendly! Dr.Mitrana Is AWESOME!!!
