I very rarely rate places but after my experience here I couldn't not. I came to Sabaya for my waxing appointment to find that the A/C was not working properly. It was uncomfortably hot. I was then taken to a little room not much bigger than the waxing bed itself. I have 4 or 5 years of waxing experience in Kingston and this was by far the most painful (due to a very harsh and uncaring technique) and highest priced.
Overall I was very uncomfortable and will never be going back.

I love this spa and how down to earth and authentic the owner and staff are! Sabaya is always ahead of the beauty curve, sharing and learning new techniques on an ongoing basis. Thank you for always providing superb customer service!!!

I stopped in last minute to see if they could fit me in for a gel manicure. In most cases, they are booked solid but I was lucky enough that someone cancelled last minute and they were able to squeeze me in. They advised me that most people book several weeks ahead as they are usually fully booked. And I can understand why!! Eve gave me an amazing gel manicure! It was honestly the best manicure I've ever recieved. She knew exactly what I was going for, and was easy to talk to. I will definitely go back and I suggest others to try out their services.

Sanaya Spa is a neat little place. I really like the fact that they have monthly specials, and that they offer 10% off during your birthday month.

Went here for my first Brazilian, room was pretty small and sketchy but the girl was super super sweet and very easy to talk too! She used baby powder and offered me some oil to ease the pain afterward. Completely comfortable experience, would recommend :)
