Simply one of the best customer experiences you can have. For Ten years they have always been amazing. I deal with hundreds of service companies for work and I can honestly say they are among the top. Not to mention the product they sell it great. I have two beachcomber tubs and had almost no problems with them. I also have a Sundance tub and I can say do not buy a sundance....go with beachcomber
Local owners who are at the shop and care everyday about their customers. I wish their were more shops like this.

Brad and Kathy, proprietors of Kingston Beachcomber hot tubs, are a true pleasure to deal with. From first walking in the door of the store both made us feels like try were looking out for our best interest as oppose to just our business. Purchase, drop off and continual care has been hassle free. Honest hardworking business people who care about their customers. Five star business, 6 star ownership.

When it comes to purchasing a hot tub, BK Beachcomber Hot Tubs Kingston is the place to go for expert advice and service. My wife and I purchased our tub over 2 years ago and from the minute we stepped into the shop to the minute we stepped into our hot tub the installation/transition was flawless. Kathy and her staff make us feel special each time we visit their business to stock up on supplies or ask advice. It's service like this that speak volume for the outstanding product line Beachcomber delivers to your door....or was that backyard. We highly recommend visiting them before you make your final decision to purchase. Keep up the great work!
