Decor and rooms are extremely nice and well-kept, staff is extremely friendly, and never hesitate to meet a customer's demand. Would love to come back any time!

Rooms are decent. Great shower. Parking is crazy tight. If you park then pretty much expect your car to get a dent from someone else's door. Great location right on the water. Walking distance to everything.

Spent the excadet weekend here, some things I really liked others not so much. Room was lovely, I especially appreciated the tea kettle, Often you have to use coffee machines and not being a fan of coffee makes this impossible. Loved the bed and really liked the pillows.
Enjoyed three meals, food was delicious. Wished meet & greet buffet lasted longer. Brunch and dinner Saturday was really good. Didn't appreciate staff saying they had a limit to wine glasses Saturday night. People like with e with dinner, glasses should be available.
I resent having to pay for parking on top of the room...$21 a day was unreasonable.
Thankfully the people we were meeting surpassed any shortcomings of the hotel.

AMAZING! My wife and I got married in Kingston and used Delta at the Waterfront as our place of stay. We were treated to 10-star service! We were offered this complimentary desert and other very pleasant interactions and services. I definitely recommend you stay at Delta.

We just spent 2 nights at the Delta Kingston Waterfront hotel and loved it. The staff were amazing, the room was beautiful, with a view to die for. The location is central to anything you want to do in Kingston. While we didn't eat at the restaurant,which looked stunning, we did have snacks at the Vu which shares a kitchen. The pizza was probably the best thing we ate the whole trip. Thanks for making our anniversary extra special.
