Small, non spa like environment. Receptionist was rude when we were running 1 min late, she hung up on us. Overall really poor experience compared to most hotel spas. Stay away if you can!

Jackie gave a phenomenal facial, completed with a steam and extractions. She was very kind and professional, and I am in love with the Eminence products!

Small, change room/locker room only accommodates 1 person at a time. Not what you'd expect from a hotel this size/location.

Bad waxing eyebrow experience, there r marks around my right eyebrow. When I sleep I can not really turn to right, because it will hurt. Even when I wash my face.
