Staff was great, the restaurant was clean but i didn't feel excited to be in there, it felt like its a dying food chain. The staff even tried to upsell me on more food. I mean the burgers are enough, they are a good size, you're definitely getting value there. The wait time is longer than usual for takeout, but this is no mcdonalds burger, it tastes just like an original home made burger. Very nicee...

I think I found my new favorite Burger place in Kelowna. Ate here a few days ago The burgers are the best Burgers I've ever had. !!!

The Burgers were great, they have the perfect size and best flavor. I have started to go here as my main fast food joint. normal places I go to never give me enough, I am always hungry after i'm done but this place makes me full. I always want more after I am finished my meal!

If you didn't like the burgers here try asking for no relish.
For many years I thought Fatburger burgers were not great - evertime I gave it a try there was a taste I didn't like (Clove?)
But recently I have determined that off taste was from the RELISH!
So now I love the burgers.
Maybe ask them to go easy on mustard.

Loved my big mushroom and mozzarella or Swiss cheese burger. I normally can't finish a burger this large but it all went down well.
It was however fairly greasy to me. But I might be a little fussy about that. Next time I'll ask for the burger patty on the side and well done, and then I'll press the grease out in napkins as I was in the habit of doing at other burger joints.
The second time I went I just grabbed yam fries which are super delicious but they were about $5 i think for a fairly large portion compared to what you'd get for French fries at other fast food places. But it was still not enough for me, hence another two orders :/
The staff were always cheerful, no rush-rush to decide on order - pleasant vibe throughout.
