Very nice little family-run place!

The food was tasty and authentic. I thought everything was great, but to back up my humble opinion, so did my girlfriend, who happens to be a Sarawak native, with a discerning palate to boot.

We had some fried dumplings to start (the proper term escapes me at the moment), and we could easily tell that the dumplings were made in-house, from scratch. Rich and falvourful, without the excessive salt that characterizes pre-packaged frozen dumplings. The peanut sauce was delicious.

We had come in search of laksa, which unfortunately was not on the menu that day. However, after hearing this, the chef was kind enough to throw together what she had and produce two delicious bowls of laksa just for us!

We're very happy to have found a good-quality Malaysian restaurant in the Interior, and we will certainly be coming back the next time we are in Kelowna.

UPDATE (July 11, 2017): VERY sad to see that they have closed... very likely an unfortunate repercussion of the current market climate in this region. I hope these talented and friendly people find success -- if not here, then elsewhere in the province. At the very least I'd love to eat their food at least one more time.

Just finished lunch and it was excellent.

Had the curry lunch special and an order of dumplings with peanut sauce...both were very tasty.

Location is a bit off the beaten path but worth it. I will be back.

We found this place online after a morning of picking our own fruit. We had five great dishes for under $50. My favorite was the curry laksa and they made it even though it's their weekend menu. It's worth the drive to find this place, though I think they may move closer to the highway one day.
