Horrible customer service. The guy I am dealing with is very condescending and has a terrible attitude. I don't think they realize that there is an acceptable and an UNacceptable way to speak with your clients. Plain rude. If you've made an error on a client's file, take responsibility and apologize for it. This guy needs to go back to 'Customer Service School' asap.

Been using Johnson for my home and auto since 2014. The experience so far has been good and my rates (university of Ottawa alumni discount) are very competitive if not the lowest I could find.
Only had to call for assistance in jump starting my car at the peak of winter and the response was speedy.

I called Johnson customer service in hopes of upgrading my insurance as I require "Landlord Insurance" for my property and the rep cancelled my insurance. Terrible experience. I do NOT recommend Johnson. If you need landlord insurance, go to The Cooperators.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across. It started out that I simply needed information about my policy. I will now be paying the cancellation fee to cancel all of my policies asap. It has been over a month. It takes over a week for an email response. When you call, everyone you speak to gives you a different answer. I have been with this company for years, but am now in the process of getting quotes so that I can change over all of my policies.

Not overly impressed. seemed great when getting quotes but now not even a month in being nickle and dimed to death. Being told we haven't been driving as long as we say we have, being told we have to pay for the year in 10 months instead of evenly spread out over 12. Too much ridiculousness. Regret signing up with them now but stuck with them for the next year. Very disappointing.
