We checked in early with no problem. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big! Two beds and a sofa. Beautiful view of the mountains. This best western is really close to TRU.

Great stay. Room was very clean. One thing I brought to the attention of staff at checkout was quickly remedied. Would definitely stay again when I am in Kamloops next. Great breakfast too! The sausages were awesome! The location is prime. With a gas station next door it was perfect for us and easy access to the highway to continue our journey.

Staff was outstanding! Breakfast hours 7:00am to 10:00am was perfect to accommodate our check out. Food was plentiful, delicious, fresh and met the allergic needs of my daughter as there was servings of oatmeal that she was able to enjoy with us having breakfast. We appreciated our stay and noticed the hard work that goes into making the Best Western our choice of hotels.

Well kept property. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Modern decor. Everything you want and need is close by
Heĺpful staff. Only con is it is not a very sound proof so best bet is a room on the top floor

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The view is incredible, the breakfast is full-out, the rooms look like no one has stayed in them before, and it's conveniently located. There really is nothing negative I can say about this hotel. It has an indoor pool/hot tub too, but I didn't get the chance to try them. It felt like I slept on a cloud. Highly recommended!
