Excellent treatment of my cat when he was sick. Dr Matt was very knowledgable and gave clear and concise evidence for his reasoning and diagnosis, and offered different treatment options. The clinic is spotless and the staff were very caring. Absolutely take your pets here.

My experience with the onsite vet was absolutely terrible. I would never recommend going to this clinic. The doctor showed little regard for the well being of my 7 month old kitten. He was very driven by money and consistently insisted on me paying before talking with him at all. I received no pleasentries and no care. If given the choice, DO NOT COME HERE. The doctor only wants your money. Don't fall victim to this. There are many other vets who would take care of your pet a lot more.

My dog ate a pack of gum and I called them to ask if I needed to bring him in for emergency treatment. The staff very patiently investigated the ingredients in the gum and gave me a professional answer and suggestions very quickly. Appreciate the professionalism!

We've visited this clinic a few times over the years, and always received great service. The staff is professional and through. They explained the procedures to us step by step and answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. Our most recent visit was a very sad one, having to put a pet down, after hours. The staff was compassionate and kind, and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They were very gentle and careful with our pet, and very empathic with us. I'm grateful we have a great after hours emergency veterinary service available to us in Hamilton.

We used to love this place. They were so great with our dogs and so compassionate. We refuse to go when Dr Gilbert is working now. He's very pushy about putting animals down that don't actually need to be put down. Glad we went for a second opinion the next day because our baby is living life, and loving it!
