I've been here once myself with my girl friend and another time she went with her and her girl friends. We never had any issue and both of us had enjoyed both visits. We also bought gift cards and didn't have an issue. We were recently at another spa and both agreed we would go back to Natura before going back to the other. Bad experiences can happen, but I've had two good experiences at Natura so far. Also, you normally get 12 months to use a gift card, I feel that is more than enough time for one to redeem it. We used ours within the first two month of purchasing. No issues there. We received massages and pedicures. Both services were great.

I enjoyed my day there. Great facial with a mani and Pedi. I was nervous based on reviews but I had a wonderful time.

My boyfriend purchased both his mother and I gift certificates for Christmas /14. They state no expiration on them. I had a work place injury which left me unable to get around for close to a year. I was also diagnosed with M.S. which has been an ongoing battle. I am finally in a place that I am able to go and treat myself to a day at the spa. The packages that my boyfriend purchased were not cheap. I called the so called "spa" on Friday May 6th after reading some reviews that they had switched owners and they were not accepting these gift certificates. The lady that a spoke to on the phone was very rude she said it was not her problem and she would have the owner call me. It is now May 11th and no call. I think it's disgusting that they will not honor the gift certificates the business is operating under the same business name and refuses to honor these certificates. I intend to be extremely vocal about this as its a terrible way to treat people that have paid good money. We are being denied service for 2 manicures, 2 pedicures and 2 facials. For just one service quoted by their receptionist just now on May 11th... it's $165 ×2 that's $330 in services that we are being denied with ZERO conponsation. This is disgusting and it's theft as far as I am concerned. We paid for a service that we are now being denied. HORRIBLE!!!!

I would strongly advise against anyone going near this place... Unless you want to be ripped off and treated horribly.
