Indicated on website that hrs are till 8pm. Walked in 7:15 for what would have been a 30 min appt. And they're not there to take a customer. STATE THAT IT'S BY APPT ONLY. Wasted my time getting there!!!

Bad experience. Debbie dyed my hair and it turned out awful. I told her I wanted a full highlights and she just did partial, and that she was "bending rules" to do it - although I know it wouldn't have been a problem anywhere else I went. I also asked for a warm blonde colour and instead I was given cool highlights which wash me out. Furthermore, the highlights are streaky and extremely noticeable and one of the highlights stopped about an inch from my roots in a horizontal line - making it look like my roots had already started growing when in reality the highlight was JUST done. Furthermore, Debbie was hard to talk to and made for an awkward visit, and took 3 hours to do just those few highlights whereas I've had a full head done in an hour and a half at Maison Fritz. I tried out B4 n' After because my sister told me good things about it, but I was really disappointed with the overall experience, and I now I'm going back to Maison Fritz to have it fixed.

Awesome Experience very happy with my hair cut today! FANTASTIC price for a great quality cut! I will be back for sure!!! My stylist Debbie was very Friendly and talented! I highly recommend this salon!

Brian, Debbie and Elysha did the updos for my wedding and they were amazing. Very accommodating and the styles varied according to what each girl wanted and looked awesome. Tracy did my make-up and the pictures turned out great!
