Chicken Biryani wasn't good, way to many onions. Took it for take out, they were fast and nice but had to spend more money elsewhere to get lunch as I didn't want to eat onions

I'm really disappointed with my experience at Gate of India. I ordered a butter chicken and a chicken tikka masala online for pick-up and the only thing included in the order is the sauce and the chicken. My understanding of these meals is that they're to be enjoyed with rice (and/or naan) but neither of these were included. For the price that this restaurant is charging I feel very misled with regards to what I was actually provided. I will not be eating here again.

Decent food, old vibe takes you back 30+ years. Food is not as spicy as some other Indian restaurants, which can be good if you can't handle the spice. Also not as creamy, which is a blessing for stomachs.
One warning though, you may want to skip using the restrooms. They are in the back corner of the basement, and are in need of renovations. There's a strong sewer smell down there as well.

Food is really delicious! Very reasonable prices..
Their service is exceptionally good as well, and there's an amazing ambience in the place to sit and eat.
It's Worth giving a try.. you'll love it, like I did!!
