Paying so much tax but getting nothing , takes 5 hours waiting to x ray 5 years old boy with broken foot this government should start thinking about this problem.

Waited about 3 hours to be told that they will not help me because I didnt bring my perscription in with me even though I told them what I was taking which was unrelated to my visit. They would not even run tests or give advice.

I've waited 2 hours in the waiting room and now that I have gotten to a bed I have waited another 2 hours with people who have come in after me getting taken before me this wait is insane I do not understand how under staffed they are as they need to hire more staff....the doctors and the nurses stand around talking and help a person every 15 min. The wait is insane. I could go to medical school and become a doctor and treat myself faster than I will be treated now. They do not understand people can not wait hours upon hours because they have other responsibilities and a life.

Went in with my daughter last night and I can't believe how incredibly awesome they were. Not only was she treated in a timely manner, the staff there were exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. From the triage nurse, registration, doctor to lab technician, they treated her with respect and took her illness seriously. I would recommend this urgent care clinic to everyone. I would have given them more stars if I could. Best care I have EVER experienced. Kudos to the amazing staff!
