This is by far the best vet I have ever been to. The clinic is very clean, tidy and organized. I had to bring my rabbit in the middle of the night due to an emergency. The vet on call was there before myself so we didn't have to wait. All of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. Thumper and I will be back for regular check ups. Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing place! They handled an emergency with my kitten extremely well and she is still alive because of their care and their timeliness. 5 stars for sure, highly recommend!

The doctors are fantastic! They handled my cat with extreme care and tenderness. Would go back for that kind of service again, however, the reception staff had me a little worried. Now, I understand that this particular site serves as an emergency hospital for pets and that appointments need to get pushed back. Fine, no problem, just keep me updated and I would be happy to wait for an animal in need.

I brought my 13 year old Eclectus parrot here in July 2014 after she broke her leg. I had no other option on a Friday night. I should have known they weren't good when they asked if I was sure she was female.
Three hours later I am driving home $400 poorer with my beloved parrot in a box after they over medicated her with a slew of who-knows-what.
My own vet, who is amazing and was out of the country at the time, reviewed what they did to her and he was disgusted.
I wouldn't take road-kill there.

My cat was transferred here for emergency care. They were so amazing - when the time came that more issues were discovered and my sweet girl needed to be put down, the way they handled it was just perfect. There is a quiet room with a couch so I could say goodbye. And they did they injections right there, while I had my Addie resting on my chest. Although it was a very hard moment, the compassion and understanding I received from the vet Katie and vet techs was just amazing.
