Good food, clean restaurant, friendly service. There's a small seating area of about 5 chairs to wait for take out as well as a few tables to sit at if you want to eat in. The parking lot is awkward to get into if you've never been there before. I drove past and had to turn around as the entrance is off a side street (which is actually fine as the main road is busy).

Great food nice quality ingredients, reasonable prices and quick delivery overall a very good experience!
We ordered a dinner for 3, with a side of sesame chicken, everyone is full and plenty of left overs!

I went to Win's a few times and the food was pretty good. But over the last year the service has dropped off dramatically. First, I would visit for lunch and even though the sign indicated that they should be open, they were often not. Of the last 5 times I visited they were closed 4 times despite the signs saying they should be open. And, to be clear, I didn't show up 1 min after opening. I was typically there 45 min to 1 h after the posted opening. But today was the last straw. Again, I drove over to get lunch and found (to my surprise) that they were open (this was around 1145am). I went in and no one was there except for a young girl on her phone inside the store. On the counter it says 'ring bell for service' which I did. Six times. I could here people in the back, and it was very quiet so there is no reason they should not have heard the bell. I walked out and won't be back. I wouldn't recommend this waste of time restaurant.

Ordered from them last night. Tried the fried rice and a few apps. Fried rice was great, didn't taste overly salty, tons of fresh veggies and eggs. Was very happy, quick service and the employee was friendly. Will try a wider array of items and update shortly!

We usually go to Royal City to get Chinese food but thought we'd try Win since moving to the south end. The food was fast and the service was decent, but the food quality was just sub-par compared to what we usually get. Everything was bland and our sweet & sour pork was lukewarm (other items were warm-hot). Maybe they use less salt and that's why it's bland, but I don't know, it was just disappointing. Price was comparable to what we usually pay, probably slightly more. We will drive the extra distance to go to our usual place next time.
